Directions
HOW: Serve size = 20g (2 level scoops). Add 1 serve to 250-300mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume.

WHEN: Take maximum 1 serve per day within 30 minutes prior to exercise or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 25ºC in a cool, dry place.

WARNINGS: Product contains caffeine. This product is not recommended for children under 15 years of age, pregnant or lactating women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine.

Some individuals may experience a temporary tingling sensation which is attributed to Beta Alanine.
