At Muscle & Mind, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery options across New Zealand.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- North Island (Urban): 2–4 business days
- South Island (Urban): 3–5 business days
- Rural Delivery (North & South Island): 4–7 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Rural Delivery
Rural addresses require a rural delivery surcharge. If you're unsure whether your address qualifies as rural, please check with NZ Post or contact us before placing your order. Rural deliveries may take additional time beyond standard estimates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery progress directly with the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
